as we release from pain
each step becomes lighter
each step we take becomes truth
within each of us is an inextinguishable light
that illuminates the collective consciousness of what is
each one of us has the capacity to know and open to this light within us
when we sit in stillness and find the peace with us
we may accumulate clutter as we move through lifetimes
that give us the fuel to work towards our personal and collective growth
it is a honourable and courageous path to work through each emotion
each feeling of self loathing, anger, pain, loss and fear
for each one is a valuable teacher
when we recognise this
each one of us a perfect spectrum of love and light
played out amongst star systems and molecular structures
each one of us can reach beyond what we think to be true
into the deeper and more meaningful knowing
